The Utah State Aggies snapped a five game skid with a home win over New Mexico.
Utah State earned just its second conference win at home Tuesday night when they knocked off New Mexico 80-72. The Aggies bounced back from a loss at Wyoming, where they gave up 20 three-pointers, to be a team that began the night in econd place in the Mountain West.
Utah State held one of the top offenses in the Mountain West to just 46% shooting including just 7 of 19 from behind the arc. The Aggies used seven steals and six blocked shots to continually disrupt the New Mexico offense and keep them out of rhythm.
