The UNLV head coaching job has another name that is in the mix, and that is Cincinnati's Mick Cronin who is reportedly in the mix and first reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. There are other reports that Cronin is expected to meet officials from UNLV on Monday.
Cronin has a 207-129 record in 10 seasons at Cincinnati and has made the NCAA Tournament six years in a row and he advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2012. His season ended in the first round losing to St. Joseph's after the Bearcats last-second dunk was called off.
