Welcome to the seventh edition of “The Good, the Bad, the Ugly.” During the offseason I will be featuring some of the most important games of 2017 Mountain West season. This week we will be featuring the 2017 Armed Forces bowl featuring San Diego State and Army.
The Good:
Rashaad Penny
Penny showed why he would later become a first round draft pick. He was unstoppable against a run heavy team and gave the Aztecs a chance in a game where Chapman struggled mightily. Penny was a workhorse in his last game as an Aztec, he carried the ball 14 times for 221 yards and four touchdowns.
