The Houston Texans landed another player in whom they found a ton of value during the draft process in running back, Tyler Ervin, from San Jose State. The school's career leader in all-purpose yards, Ervin was excited that the Texans kept after him to finally select him in the fourth round.
“The Texans came and worked me out. I got a chance to meet the running back coach, great guy, and I’m just really excited because it’s one of those times where you kind of see something coming to fruition and like I said, I’m just really excited,” Ervin effused after he was drafted.
