The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors defeated the UC Davis Aggies 47-27 on Saturday. After a slow first half, Hawaii scored 34 second-half points to earn their second win of the season.
Facing an FCS division foe in UC Davis was supposed to be a tune-up game for the University of Hawaii football squad before they head to Madison next week to face the Wisconsin Badgers, but Hawaii led UC Davis just 13-10 going into the half. It took an explosive performance by the Rainbow Warriors’ offense in the second half to best the Aggies 47-27.
