The first rankings are out and the New Mexico Women’s Track and Field team is ranked 2nd in the nation with 48 points, behind USC’s 66 points, and ahead of Florida’s 47 points, Texas A&M’s 43 points, Arkansas’s 34 points, and Oregon’s 30 points. That is some impressive company, ladies. Boise State was 19th in the nation with 13 points. Rankings are based on the amount of points individuals and relays would earn based on their national rankings.
