Cook was the #4 junior-college transfer in the country this offseason
The Nevada Wolf Pack lost a member of its 2016 recruiting class, as 4-star forward Arlando Cook has decided to reopen his recruitment. Cook announced his decision via Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.
