Rookie offensive tackle Ty Sambrailo injured his shoulder late in the Denver Broncos Week 3 win in Detroit. He hasn't seen the field since—until today.
Sambrailo was among several banged up Broncos who returned to practice Monday. In Sambrailo's absence, the Broncos went with Ryan Harris at left tackle and Michael Schofield at right tackle.
Tyler Polumbus rotated in and out some with Harris, but the Broncos offensive line clearly improved as a unit, over the last couple of games before the bye, after struggling mightily to start the season.
