Junior College transfer Kris Clyburn committed to UNLV this week. This is new coach, Marvin Menzies' first commit.
The icing on the cake for the weird season that was UNLV basketball came earlier this week when it was confirmed that former UNLV coach, Dave Rice, would move to the "enemy" side (at least in the mind's of Runnin' Rebel fans). Rice will be an assistant at Reno, and at UNLV, the Marvin Menzies era began.
Menzies is moving fast and trying to bring in some solid players to fill in a very thin roster of existing scholarship players.
