Hawaii will have offensive line coach Chris Naeoloe taking over as the interim head coach now that Norm Chow has been let go.
University of Hawai‘i Athletics Director David Matlin announced on Sunday that effective immediately Norm Chow would be relieved of his duties as the Warriors head coach. In his place will be offensive line coach Chris Naeoloe who will serve on an interim basis for the rest of this season.
"I'd like to thank Coach Chow for his dedication to our football program for the past four years," Matlin said in a released statement. "Ultimately, we feel this decision is in the best interest of the University and Athletics Department and we need to move in a different direction.
