When Garrett Grayson was drafted in the 3rd round last season, it was assumed that the former Colorado State Ram was chosen to be Drew Brees heir apparent as quarterback for the Saints. After all, players chosen in the first three rounds are expected to become full time starters at least by their third season in the NFL.
