The New Mexico Lobos have lost four players to transfer, but that could change now that Craig Neal is no longer the head coach. It all depends on who the next coach will be.
This would be great news if any of the New Mexico transfers decided to stay in Albuquerque and not jettison to another program.
Geoff Grammer of the Albuquerque Journal joined 610 KVNL Saturday morning to discuss the whole coaching search, and there seems to be hope that the Lobos might be able to retain players who previously decided to transfer.
