Once the focal point of the top 2016 recruiting class in the Mountain West, former UNLV commit Jaylen Fisher officially announced on Wednesday his intention to transfer to TCU, via a post on his Twitter account.
The news comes as no surprise to many who understood the close relationship between former Rebels' assistant coach Ryan Miller and Fisher, and the crucial role that their bond played in originally getting the Tennessee native to come to Vegas. Miller's decision to leave UNLV to join Jamie Dixon's new staff at TCU, combined with the swirling chaos surrounding the Rebels program at the moment, seemed to be two key factors in Fisher changing his commitment.
