Per Buffalo's official site, Lewis has the inside track at winning Buffalo's No. 3 WR job.
At the conclusion of the 2015 season, most people would have assumed that Chris Hogan would be the No. 3 wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills in 2016. It was a role that Hogan had earned and he was coming off of back-to-back years with at least 400 yards receiving. This won't be the case as the restricted free agent was signed away by the New England Patriots.
After losing Hogan, Greg Salas seemed like a candidate for the job.
