PULLMAN -- We asked Washington State d-line coach Joe Salave'a talked about three of his d-linemen after Sunday night's practice. One, said Salave'a, is a cornerstone of what they're trying to do up front. Another will get his fair share of plays and big things are expected from him. The last of the three is the quintessential "quick twitch" guy.
And all three -- Hercules Mata'afa, Daniel Ekuale and Reggie Coates -- are playing with a chip on their shoulder, said Joe Salave'a.
