The Colorado State Rams were a rebound away from having a chance to win. A chance to go to 3-2 in conference play and overcome a poor defensive outing. It was a rebound they wouldn't get and the Utah State Aggies locked up a big away win at Moby Arena.
Shane Rector (10 points) missed his second free throw with 8.3 seconds remaining only to grab the long rebound and make his way back to the line where he was able to lock up the game for the Aggies (11-6, 3-3).
The Aggies were not great from the line down the stretch but they shot 50% from the field and 48% from three-point range.
