San Diego State earned its first commitment from a transfer as 7-1 center Kameron Rooks announced that he was coming back home. Rooks played his high school ball at Mission Hills High School in San Marcos, California, which is a city in the North County region of San Diego County, before committing to California.
He will now graduate from California and then join the San Diego State program. The commitment marks the first for new head coach Brian Dutcher.
