San Diego State has added BYU to its future football schedule with a home-and-home in with the first game at San Diego State on Nov. 30, 2019. Then the second game will be played at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo on Nov. 14, 2020.
The exact location for the game that San Diego State is unsure as there are still questions about where the Aztecs will play after their lease with Qualcomm is up after 2018 but there are talks about extending that lease or sharing a stadium with a potential new MLS stadium.
This is a huge deal that San Diego State is playing BYU in the regular season as this is the first long-time former conference mate to play the Cougars that is not in a bowl game.
