It was a rainy, wet afternoon in Boise, Idaho. The Boise State season had been filled with trials and tribulations from game one. One thing was clear, this team had as much grit as any team in Bronco history. The Broncos used a great finish to the second quarter and a lights out third quarter to run away from the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, to secure their second Mountain West Championship in three season and their third under Bryan Harsin.
