Boone, Draughn and Martin out for Lions game

The 49ers will be without four players in Sunday's game in Detroit, including two offensive linemen.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - With left guard Alex Boone and interior lineman Marcus Martin ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions, the 49ers might rely on rookie seventh-round pick Trenton Brown to get his first career start.

Boone will miss his second straight game with a knee injury, while Martin suffered a concussion in last week's loss to the Bengals. With Boone out, the 49ers moved Andrew Tiller from right guard to left.
