Coming off a win over Wyoming on Saturday, UNLV was heading into tonight’s game with pride and right on their side, but it didn’t show up tonight as the Broncos of Boise State (10-4, 3-0) beat the Runnin’ Rebels (8-8, 1-2) 77-59 at the Thomas & Mack Center.
“I apologize for that effort,” said UNLV head coach Marvin Menzies. “That was something that I’m not accustomed to and it through me for a loop. (I’m) not quite sure why that was the way it was tonight but we will definitely play harder.
