A report from Chicago's Guillermo Rivera is sending Harry Shipp to the Montreal Impact. The report is huge by itself as Shipp is a highly touted young offensive player, coming up the ranks of the Chicago Fire youth system. There are no more details at this point but hearing that only allocation money and-or target allocation money is going the Chicago's way
