Via press release and after the 1-1 draw in a friendly between the Impact and FC Montreal, Harry Shipp's trade to Montreal was made official. No players are involved on that trade as the Fire will receive Target Allocation Money and Allocation Money.

Montreal has been aggressive on the MLS market since last year, if we remember the Felipe trade that sent the Brazilian midfielder to the New York Red Bulls for Eric Alexander and Ambroise Oyongo (players involved in that trade).
