A 9-14-4 record punctuated by a 7-1 loss to Buffalo ended the tenure of John Hynes as New Jersey Devils head coach on Tuesday, but even before that inevitable announcement was made, numerous reports have indicated that GM Ray Shero has started to field offers for former Hart Trophy winner Taylor Hall.
