MONTREAL – Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin announced Saturday that defenseman Nathan Beaulieu has agreed to terms on a two-year contract (2015-16 and 2016-2017).
Beaulieu, 22, played 64 regular season games with the Canadiens in 2014-15 recording one goal and eight assists for a total of 9 points and served 45 penalty minutes. He also took part in eight games with the AHL’s Hamilton Bulldogs, notching two goals and two assists along with nine penalty minutes. In the 2015 playoffs with the Canadiens he played five games recording three assists and two penalty minutes.
