Todd Ewen played 11 seasons in the NHL for the St. Louis Blues, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, San Jose Sharks, and Montreal Canadiens, serving as a player representative for the NHLPA for three years.
Acquired by the Canadiens in the 1989-90 NHL season, Ewen spent the next four seasons with the Canadiens, his Habs career culminating in a Stanley Cup victory in 1993. In 190 games with Montreal he scored 13 goals and 19 assists, amassing 609 penalty minutes. He wore jersey #36 with the Habs.
Ewen retired at the end of the 1996-97 season after a 518-game NHL career, exploring secondary careers in real estate and coaching.
