In 11 games played in January, the IceCaps took home the win in just three, recording nine out of a possible 22 points. Despite the rough start to 2017, the IceCaps are still very much in the playoff race. They continue to sit in third place in the North Division with 46 points, but the Utica Comets and Toronto Marlies are creeping up on them.
