Thrower, Didier set to play for Brampton Beast in busy Military Appreciation weekend

Dalton Thrower and Josiah Didier have been reassigned from the St. Johns IceCaps, and will begin playing with the Brampton Beast this weekend.

Thrower played with the IceCaps for two games this season, recording two penalty minutes. Didier was -1 in the one game he played with the AHL team before being reassigned Saturday evening.

Thrower had a fantastic junior hockey career over the course of five years with the Saskatoon Blades and Vancouver Giants, making it to the 2013 MasterCard Memorial Cup in 2013.

"Dalton spent some time here in Brampton last year and we're happy for him that he has been able to stick in the American Hockey League this season, although he hasn't played a lot of hockey," said Beast head coach Colin Chaulk.
