Larry Robinson is one of the best defensemen who has ever played the game. He was a big and physical shutdown defender, who could also take the puck up ice on a rush that would leave people speechless, as you wouldn't expect a man that large to be so graceful. His reach and brute strength made it very difficult to get around him in his own zone, and in the offensive zone he was equally dangerous.
