The second era of Dale Weise didn’t last too long. Weise played in three games for the Montreal Canadiens on the fourth line with Nate Thompson and one of Charles Hudon or Nicolas Deslauriers at even strength. He averaged 9:58 in his short window with the Habs putting up a total of two shots, three shot attempts, three hits, and two blocked shots. But given what Claude Julien wants out of his fourth line, scoring and offensive opportunities would be a luxury for Weise.
Ironically, that was where Weise stood out negatively.
