The Habs have added more depth to their system, by signing former Colgate University defender Ryan Johnston. He will join the team for two years, on a two-way deal. Johnston is a right-handed shot, who finished with 5 goals and 37 assists during NCAA career. He also happens to be the nephew of current Penguins head coach Mike Johnston.
