The 2022 NHL Draft Lottery will be held on May 10, the league announced on Wednesday.

The lead-up to the 2022 #NHLDraft (July 7-8) also will include the release of @NHLCentralScout’s final rankings (May 5) and the 2022 NHL Scouting Combine (May 29 – June 4 in Buffalo).

The Montreal Canadiens will be in the lottery for the first time since 2019. In 2020 and 2021, the team reached the post-season.
