The hockey world woke up to terrible news Saturday morning. Edmonton Oilers forward Colby Cave had passed away due to a brain bleed sustained on Monday that saw him placed in a medically induced coma. The entire league is hurting with endless amounts of players and organizations giving their condolences and wishes to Cave’s family. But it’s also been a time to think about the happy moments Cave brought to the NHL, and one of them was against the Montreal Canadiens.
Cave signed an entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins in 2015, making his NHL debut two years later.
