The only game of the week that saw the Habs get outshot was versus the Red Wings. Montreal played solid from a defensive perspective, but a few lapses in concentration cost them two games.
Things where headed in the right direction, and it culminated against the Ottawa Senators. It seems exaggerated when looking at the 3-1 scoreline, but the Habs dominated the first two periods, and the scoring chances.
