It’s been all about the injuries for the Montreal Canadiens in the last few weeks. There are currently seven players out, many of which are key contributors in an otherwise normal regular season. Max Pacioretty is one of the more recent ones to be pushed on the sidelines after sustaining a knee injury in a game against the New York Islanders.
The team announced that the team captain would be out for 4-6 weeks recovering from the ailment. Doing the math, many accepted the fact that Pacioretty probably played his last game for the Montreal Canadiens this season.
