With how things have been going as of late, it’s difficult to make a prediction of which version of the Montreal Canadiens would show up to start the game. If one thing was certain, losing six in a row would be devastating for team morale.
In the first five minutes, the Canadiens looked somewhat disjointed. Aside from a scoring chance by the Danault line and a tricky save by Carey Price, there wasn’t much going on.
While we’re on the topic of Carey Price, this should have been a game that Keith Kinkaid played.
