Goals, goals, and more goals are what the Montreal Canadiens are looking forward to seeing from first-round pick Cole Caufield. The 18-year-old set the U.S. National Team on fire – along with Jack Hughes – that had him as one of the most dangerous players in the draft.
He showed off not only his goal-scoring but his ability to find open ice at Habs development camp. Caufield saw some decent minutes with 2017 first-round pick Ryan Poehling and put the puck in the net a couple of times during the shootout.
It continued on playing for Team USA at the World Junior Summer Showcase scoring goals so incredible he was all over the TSN Twitter account.
