Before the 2016-17 Montreal Canadiens season can get underway, there is the ever important exercise of training camp. Canadiens regulars and hopefuls alike gather at the Complexe Sportif in Brossard to determine exactly who will represent the Tricolore when the season begins.
While there are but a few lineup spots that figure to be up for grabs, numerous players will be fighting for said spots. Players like Artturi Lehkonen, Charles Hudon, Daniel Carr, Michael McCarron, and Sven Andrighetto are all looking to show that they're ready to make a permanent spot for themselves in the NHL.
62 players will attend, including 36 forwards, 20 defenceman, and six goaltenders.
