The Montreal Canadiens have built arguably the best group of prospects in the National Hockey League. There will be plenty of them on display this weekend during the Habs rookie tournament. The Canadiens prospects will be taking on a team of youngsters from the Ottawa Senators and Winnipeg Jets tonight and tomorrow.
The Canadiens have 28 players in rookie camp this year. The camp began on Thursday with the team skating in Brossard. They are now in Belleville, where they will meet up with the Jets and Senators prospects. The camp continues until Tuesday when they will take on a team of U-Sports players from universities around the city of Montreal.
