The National Hockey League department of player safety has suspended Winnipeg Jets forward Mark Scheifele four games for charging Montreal Canadiens forward Jake Evans.

Evans was diagnosed with a concussion, the Canadiens confirmed on Thursday when interim head coach Dominique Ducharme spoke to the media. He is out indefinitely, and understandably will miss some time.
