Chris Terry named second-team AHL All-Star

Chris Terry, the St. John’s IceCaps leading scorer collected a major end of season accolade from the AHL today, being named to their second All-Star team.

With 27 goals and 34 assists Terry leads St. John’s in scoring by a fair amount over Charles Hudon. Terry ranks fifth overall in the goal scoring race across the league, trailing the leader Wade Megan by just four goals, despite playing in 15 less AHL games this season.

This is the third time he has been honoured this year, the first being selected to participate in the AHL All-Star challenge in Allentown, PA and he was also named AHL player of the month for his dominant February performance.
