Cayden Primeau signed to a three-year ELC by the Montreal Canadiens

After Eric Engels reported the signing would be coming soon, the Montreal Canadiens have made it official that they’ve signed Cayden Primeau to an entry-level contract. It won’t begin until the start of the 2019-20 season.

The Canadiens have agreed to terms on a three-year, entry-level contract (2019-20 to 2021-22) with goaltender Cayden Primeau.

He will join the AHL's Laval Rocket on a professional tryout contract for the rest of the season.

Primeau will join the Laval Rocket of the AHL on a temporary deal for the remainder of the season.
