MONTREAL – Led by team owner and President Geoff Molson, the Montreal Canadiens introduced today a call to fans everywhere to wear their team colors more prominently throughout the 2015 NHL Playoffs. Backed with the use of the #bleublancYOU hashtag on social media, the initiative aims to spur greater visible support for the club as it competes for the 25th Stanley Cup in franchise history.
“We have the most passionate fans in the game and there is no better place to watch a playoff game than our Bell Centre,” said Geoff Molson. “Whether you’re at work, school, home, a party, or the Bell Centre, we’d love to see our fans united as one.
