Brendan Gallagher stepped onto the Brossard ice on Monday morning for the first time since an injury sustained on November 22nd against the Islanders, which required surgery to fix two fractures in his hand.

The initial prognosis for recovery was six weeks, however three weeks later he's already on the ice training with Montreal Canadiens strength and conditioning coach Pierre Allard.
