The World Series of Fighting announced Thursday the official rules of its eight-man one-night tournament, which will anchor WSOF 25 on Nov. 20. The event will be televised live on NBCSN beginning at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT from inside Comerica Theatre in Phoenix.
The rules are designed to maximize the performance of the combatants to, “ensure that a decisive winner emerges in each bout,” according to the press release from the Las Vegas-based promotion.
“We are looking forward to a competitive night of tournament action after months of evaluating how we could make this the most exciting event possible,” say WSOF President Ray Sefo, who himself is a veteran of over 50 same-day tournaments.
