World Series of Fighting on Tuesday morning announced that it will crown its first-ever flyweight champion at WSOF 24 on Oct. 17.
Undefeated prospects Magomed Bibulatov (9-0) and Donavon Frelow (5-0) will collide to decide the promotion’s first 125-pound ace.
“We are looking forward to crowning the first champion ever in our fast-growing and highly-competitive flyweight division,” said WSOF President Ray Sefo in a press release. “As two of the weight class’ most dynamic stars who have yet to be beaten, Magomed and Donavon have earned their respective places in this historic championship fight, and we are confident that the winner will personify what being a champion in World Series of Fighting is about.
