One of the few top 10 flyweights Joseph Benavidez hasn’t faced inside the Octagon yet is campaigning for a fight with the veteran next.
Wilson Reis, a former Elite XC featherweight champion with a 3-1 record as a flyweight in the UFC, called out the Team Alpha Male product right after his recent win over Zach Makovsky on Feb. 6, and the American looks interested.
"He’s a contender and I have a good name, I’m coming off a good win, so it’s a fight that makes sense," Reis, who defeated Dustin Ortiz in his last UFC fight, told MMAFighting.
