In boxing there is no limit for the heavyweight division so unlike in MMA, it is literally impossible to miss at heavyweight. The PPV undercard is entirely heavyweights, which means the whole weigh-in show was to see just how heavy the big boys would be.
For the main event between WBC champion Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder, we saw two men hit the scale the heaviest they’ve ever been. Fury came in at a whopping 277 lbs, a pound over his previous high against Sefer Seferi in what was a comeback fight. Needless to say Fury is in much better shape now than he was back then.
