Watch Cris Cyborg argue with nutritionist about taking birth control pill to ease brutal weight cut

Just yesterday, Cris Cyborg stated that she was currently tipping the scales at 165 pounds, 24 pounds over the legal limit to compete this weekend (Sat., Sept., 24, 2016) at a Catchweight of 140 pounds, which she is pegged to do in UFC Fight Night 95's main event against Lina Lansberg in Brasilia, Brazil (full fight card details here).

As Cyborg explained, she’s heavier than before because her nutritionist and all-around weight-cutting expert, George Lockhart, advised her to take birth control pills in an an attempt to shed the pounds easier. As he explained to MMA Junkie, birth control pills serve as a natural diuretic that helps the body to shed weight while water and sodium intake is limited.
