Conor McGregor, the self-procalimed student of human and animal movement, has spent the week training with movement pioneer, Ido Portal.
Portal, who began training in martial arts at an early age, has an entire website dedicated to mastering human movement. The Israeli-born teacher spent years engaging in Afro-Brazilian Capoeira, which led to Portal's obsession with movement in all of its forms.
Ido has worked with dancers, gymasts, yoga practitioners, parkour athletes, circus performers and fighters. The movement expert spent last week in Dublin, Ireland to work with Conor McGregor and Gunnar Nelson.
